    Our Coco Dream is your go-to drink for relaxing, unwinding and de-stressing. The perfect bedtime beverage and will encourage that well-deserved beauty sleep! Featuring premium raw cacao alongside relaxing reishi mushroom, calming cinnamon, sweet dates and the amazing adaptogen, ashwagandha root – this chill blend provides everything you need to drift off into a deep sleep.

    Enjoy before bed to unwind and relax - best when mixed with hot water & milk!

Raw Cacao

Cacao contains the essential amino acid tryptophan, which encourages sleep by increasing levels of serotonin and melatonin. The regulate the natural sleep-wake cycle, your body’s very own body clock. So, by taking cacao before bed you can encourage your body into a natural sleep. For a double dose of tryptophan try making up our Coco Dream with almond milk, which is also a great source.

Date Powder

Dates are a great source of fibre, vitamins, minerals and antioxidant. They also help to stimulate the production of melatonin, a hormone which regulates the sleep-wake cycle. So, consuming dates (or their supplement form) before bedtime tells your body its time to sleep, helping you to drift off into a deep and undisturbed sleep.

Reishi Mushroom

The Reishi mushroom is one of the most popular mushrooms used in ancient Chinese medicine, thanks to its immune boosting and relaxation properties. Reishi supplementation has been shown to reduce fatigue, as well as being protective against anxiety and depression. 

Ceylon Cinnamon

Cinnamon is a spice which has been recognised for its medicinal benefits since as far back as Ancient Egyptian times. It’s packed with antioxidants and contains a compound called cinnamaldehyde, which is to thank for most of its amazing health benefits. Cinnamon can help to prevent Type 2 Diabetes, heart disease, neurodegenerative disorders and even cancer.

Ashwagandha Root

Ashwagandha is a plant native to India and North Africa. Its roots and berries have been used in medicine for centuries, and Ashwagandha has been praised as an adaptogen, helping to manage stress from within and minimise the harmful effects of stress. The effect ashwagandha root has on stress hormones helps to reduce stress, anxiety and depression symptoms. This medicinal herb has also been shown to boost fertility and reduce the risk of cancer.

We recommend making up your Coco Dream with hot water or warm plant-based milk, which will encourage your body to drift off into a naturally deep sleep as your core temperature drops after drinking. This will help you to rest, recover and rejuvenate – before waking up raring to go! 

  • Add 1tbsp. of Coco Dream to your favourite mug and stir in some boiling water, so your mug is half full. Mix your Coco Dream vigorously, so the powder has fully dissolved. Top with some warm plant-milk for a delicious hot cacao!
