This Halloween inspired recipe has got us feeling all autumnal! Colder nights, dark mornings, pumpkin spiced pretty much everything - we've created the perfect healthy treat for you to enjoy completely guilt-free. Oh and it includes our Muscle Protein blend, so perfect to have after an early morning run 💪🏻
MUSCLE PROTEIN PUMPKIN SPICED PANCAKES
SERVES | 1
- 1 tbsp Muscle Protein
- 1 cup of buckwheat flour
- 2 tsp of gluten free baking powder
- 1 tbsp of coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cup of nut milk
- 1/2 can of pumpkin puree
- 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
- Mix together the dry ingredients in a separate bowl to the wet ingredients.
- Fold the dry & wet mixture together.
- Heat your frying pan to a medium heat and add a spoonful of coconut oil.
- Pour some of the mixture into the pan and cook until both sides are golden and fluffy.
- Then top with coconut yoghurt, dark chocolate and maple syrup! Enjoy 🥞🎃
