Our Go-To Smoothie Bowl Recipes

Smoothie Bowl Goodness

Not only are smoothie bowls quite the picture… they are also FULL of amazing nutrient rich superfoods! They’re our go-to breakfast, especially when we’re fancying something extra fruity and refreshing.

We have experimented with many different ingredients to get the perfect smoothie bowl combos to match our superfood powders; Berry Beauty and Clean Greens. These smoothie bowls are a great way to start your day, by cleansing the body from all its nasty toxins and giving yourself the ultimate boost so you’re ready to take on the world!

So here are our all time favourites for you to try!!

Berry Beauty Bowl

  • 2tsp Berry Beauty powder
  • 125g of Mixed Frozen Berries
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 150ml of Almond Milk (or any other plant-based milk)
Simply throw it all in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth!
Now get creative and make it look as good as it tastes… we usually go for Passion Fruit, Blueberries, Pomegranate, Chia Seeds and a sprinkle of Granola!
 

Ultimate Greens Smoothie Bowl

  • 2tsp Clean Greens powder
  • Half an Avocado
  • 2 handfuls of Spinach
  • 1 handful of chopped Pineapple (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 handful of chopped Mango (fresh or frozen)
  • 50ml of Almond Milk (or any other plant-based milk)
  • 50ml of Water
  • Squeeze of Lime
  • Few Ice Cubes
Put everything into your blender or food processor and blend until smooth!
Now add whatever toppings you fancy… we usually go for Kiwi Fruit, Blueberry, Pineapple, Desiccated Coconut, Chia Seeds and Granola for an added crunch!
