LEAN PROTEIN OATS

What better morning fuel than some protein oats with plenty of healthy toppings! Start your day with a warm bowl of oats to get you ready for a morning of productivity before lunchtime. If you’ve done a morning workout, this recipe is perfect for you to help let those muscles recover.


LEAN PROTEIN OATS 

SERVES | 1

INGREDIENTS:

- 1 tbsp. of Lean Protein

- 50g of GF oats

- 1 cup of milk (of your choice)

- 2 tbsp. of agave syrup

- 1 mashed banana

Toppings:

Fresh fruit, nuts, seeds & nut butter


METHOD:
  1. Mix together the Lean Protein, Oats, Milk, Agave Syrup and Banana in a bowl before transferring into a saucepan.
  2. Bring your oats to a simmer and keep stirring until they're cooked and gooey.
  3. Transfer your oats to a bowl and top with some fresh fruit, nuts, seeds and nut butter for plenty of fibre and protein!
