BERRY CHIA JAM

GLUTEN FREE, VEGAN FRIENDLY & HEALTHY! 

Jam on toast has always been a favourite guilty pleasure of ours, especially with a hot cup of tea on the side! So we wanted to create a recipe that was free from any added sugars or artificial ingredients - oh and with the superfood boost from our Berry Beauty blend ✨🍓

BERRY BEAUTY CHIA JAM

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 1tbsp. of Berry Beauty

  • 2 cups of frozen raspberries

  • 1/2 of a juiced lemon

  • 1tbsp. coconut sugar

  • 1tbsp. of chia seeds 

 

METHOD: 

  1. Add the raspberries and coconut sugar to a saucepan and cook on a medium heat. Then simmer until soft and warm. 
  2. Transfer into a bowl and mix in the rest of the ingredients. 
  3. Add the mixture to a glass jar and place in the fridge to set. 
  4. Leave for at least 4 hours and then enjoy on a slice of toast with some nut butter... yum!
