We would always advise enjoying the recommended serving of each of our blends daily. As they are all made using 100% real food ingredients, you cannot have too much!

Given that each blend contains different ingredients which provide varying health benefits, it's always best to stick to having the recommended serving of each every day.
You can add multiple blends to one meal or drink or enjoy them separately, whichever you prefer! This recipe uses both our Berry Beauty and Muscle Protein blends.




  • 170g frozen bananas
  • 30g frozen blueberries
  • 25g oats
  • 10g Muscle Protein
  • 10g Berry Beauty
  • 10g hemp seeds
  • 30g natural yogurt
  • 100ml oat milk
  • Handful ice
