BERRY BEAUTY PROTEIN SMOOTHIE RECIPE

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tbsp Lean Protein powder
  • 1 tsp Berry Beauty
  • 180ml plant-based milk
  • 50g strawberries
  • 50g raspberries
  • 50g blueberries

 

METHOD:

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth, scraping down the sides of the blender once or twice to ensure everything is combined
  2. Serve with a garnish of fresh berries and enjoy with a reusable straw!

 

Tip: You can use fresh or frozen fruit for this recipe, and to make things even easier you can use 150g mixed berries to replace the strawberries, raspberries and blueberries.
